This is a coated granular fertilizer that is sprinkled ontop of or in your orchid potting mediums. We use this inconjunction with water soluable fertilizers, but can be used alone for a continous release of 8 months.
This is a great fertilizer! As temperature and sunlight increases (Spring-Summer) the coating of the fertilizer pellets decomposes faster which allows for greater amount of nutrients to the orchid when they need it most.
