Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Information:
We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays every week unless otherwise posted. Order Status and Tracking Numbers are emailed once available.
Shipping charges are calculated by weight and quantity. We try to ensure that shipping charges are calculated correctly, but in the event that you believe the charges are too high please contact us via email with your address and what you plan to order and we will calculate the specific charges for you. Please be aware that a $5.00 handling fee is calculated into the Shipping Charge during the winter months (this handling fee is reduced to $3.00 during spring and summer), the handling fee is non-negotiable and goes to provide your order with heat-packs (if needed), proper packing to ensure you receive a healthy, disease free, pest free, orchid plant. All orders shipped to California and Arizona incur an additional $1 charge due to special permits required for shipping. Please note that large orders or orders containing extra large plants may fall subject to additional shipping charges due to the size of packaging (dimensional weight is used at that point to calculate cost vs. actual weight).
